I’m here to talk about what it’s really like to lead, fix, and build inside operational environments — the kind where systems are half-working, trust takes time, and every shift writes a different story.

I’m on a journey — not just to solve problems, but to become the kind of leader who can create clarity, capability, and momentum in complex environments. I want to document that journey honestly. Not once I’ve got it all figured out — but while I’m still in it.
